I am Robert Seth of Robert Seth, CPA. We have been serving the Clark County area for 30 years. In that 30 years we have seen many changes to the Clark County area and businesses of the area have had to make some significant changes in order to survive. We have been standing beside those businesses and helping them to make those changes, as well as helping them with every other aspect of their business.
30 Years ago, when I was finishing my internship at a large local CPA firm in Portland, I saw many changes that could be made to CPA practices in general. Most firms were large and inflexible and forced their clients to fit into their way of doing things. There was very little concern for customer convenience, employee satisfaction, and really gaining an understanding of the customer’s situation. This led me to the obvious conclusion that there was room for a different kind of firm that put the customer at the center of its focus.
With that in mind, our firm was born. Our focus is completely on our clients needs. We do our best to fit into your way of doing things, instead of you fitting into ours. We also have evening and weekend appointments when necessary.
The way we see it, since all CPA’s have to conform to the same professional standards, the only place to make a difference is with outstanding customer service. Our clients tell us they know of no other CPA firm that provides the level of personal service that we do. We greatly appreciate that feedback and strive to continue to earn that reputation every day.
